2. Do I need to be experienced to work with J. Crew Coaching?

No! We work with athletes of all levels, from complete beginners to elite competitors and even celebrities who prefer private coaching. Every plan is customized based on your experience, goals, and lifestyle.

3. What’s included in the coaching memberships?

Each membership includes a fully customized training plan, meal programming, one-on-one calls with Coach Jarek, direct support whenever needed, access to the J. Crew Coaching app, and much more. Longer-term memberships also come with exclusive bonuses like e-books and financing options.

4. How do I sign up for coaching?

To get started, simply fill out an application on our website. After reviewing your submission, we’ll schedule a call to go over your goals and determine the best path forward.

5. Can I switch my plan after signing up?

Yes! If you start with a one-month package and decide you want a longer commitment, you can upgrade at any time.

Training & Nutrition

6. What if I have an injury or health condition?

J. Crew Coaching does not diagnose, treat or rehabilitate injuries or manage medical conditions. If you have an injury or any health condition—such as diabetes, heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension, thyroid disorders, kidney disease, metabolic syndrome, eating disorders, or other chronic illnesses—you must consult with a licensed physician and obtain written clearance before participating in any fitness program. We cannot provide exercise or nutrition programming to clients who require medical management for these or any other conditions. Once your healthcare provider confirms you are cleared for general exercise, we will gladly adapt workouts to accommodate your limitations within the scope of general fitness coaching. For any therapeutic or medical needs, we will refer you to the appropriate medical or physical therapy professionals.

7. Do I need access to a gym, or can I train at home?

We offer fully customized plans based on your available equipment. Whether you train in a full gym, home gym, or with minimal equipment, we’ll create a program that ensures results.

8. Do you offer meal plans?

We provide general meal-planning strategies to help you achieve your goals.

9. Do I have to take supplements?

We do not prescribe or sell dietary supplements. The use of supplements is entirely optional and should only be considered under the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider. If you are interested in adding supplements to support your fitness goals, please speak with your physician or a registered dietitian to ensure they are appropriate and safe for your individual needs.

10. How is my progress tracked?

Your progress is monitored through the J. Crew Coaching app, which tracks workouts, nutrition, progress photos, weight changes, and key performance indicators. Additionally, regular check-ins with Coach Jarek ensure ongoing adjustments.

Competition Prep & Advanced Coaching

11. Do you offer competition prep coaching?

Yes! J. Crew Coaching specializes in competition prep for bodybuilding, physique, and wellness competitors. This includes posing feedback, peak week planning, and personalized guidance to bring your absolute best to the stage.

12. How far in advance should I start competition prep?

This depends on your starting point and goals. On average, competition prep lasts 12–20 weeks, but some athletes may need longer depending on body composition and division requirements.

13. Do you offer posing coaching?

Yes! Posing is a critical part of success on stage, and we provide posing feedback as part of our coaching services.

Billing & Membership Questions

18. How does pricing work?

We offer three membership options:

  • Month-Month Plan (3 month minimum)

  • 3-Month Plan (full program with exclusive benefits)

19. Do you offer financing for coaching?

Yes! Flexible payment options are available for you to make elite coaching more accessible.

20. What’s your refund policy?

In accordance with California’s Health Studio Services Contract Law, you may cancel your enrollment for any reason within five (5) business days after your initial payment and receive a refund of any unearned fees. Because our coaching programs are highly personalized, all fees become non‑refundable once that cancellation period has passed. While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, we are committed to delivering our full effort, expertise and support to help you pursue your fitness goals.
